Wandering the fashion district always brings a delightful surprise! On this day I was window shopping, enjoying the crisp fall air, and overall loving life in Paris.
Then I saw a pair of shoes and the Carrie Bradshaw in me jumped out. I was in love before I finished thinking “ooooh!”
So I entered the store and was greeted by whimsical, colorful, 100% Parisian footwear! After trying on several heels and flats, I knew I still wanted the pair I saw in the window. The woman boxed them up and we chatted a bit. I gushed to her about my newfound love of this designer. Her smile was so bright! She clearly loved her job!
And then she said, “I’m so thrilled to hear you love my designs!” Umm, what? Was I gushing over and buying a pair of heels straight from the designer herself?! Indeed I was. Beat that Carrie…
